Anja truly provides the real estate white glove service! The first time we met with her, she walked us through the entire home buying process. She was communicative and was pretty much always available - day and night- for anything we needed. When we had houses we wanted to look at, she would book the appointment quickly and usually we were touring the very next day. While we were touring, she would always have a detailed listing printed out and ready for us to take notes- including houses around the area to compare to. If there was any contractors we needed, she provided us with great contacts whether it was a home inspector or various home repairs. While we were under contract, she was constantly talking with the lender giving her the necessary updates. I can’t express how blessed my family was to have Anja and her team with us through the whole selling and buying process. With Anja Drewes I had an outstanding support during the whole selling procedure of my house in Sugar Land. I had to travel forth and back between Germany and the US. Everything is harder if you can´t be present all the time. I was blessed that I had Anja in Sugar Land. There´s so much to do before selling a house, but she made all the preparations as well as the paperwork so much easier for me, especially as I was in Germany before closing date. I couldn´t have handled this all from abroad. She stopped by at the house if something was to do, she went to HOA office for some documents and so much more. Although it was "only" a rent object (Townhome), Anja was absolutely on it and 100% committed. After we found our favorite object, she was super helpful in connecting us with the broker associate of the owner and clarify last details. A lot of conversation was going on over the weekend but Anja was always available. All in all, this was a great job and we definitely recommend Anja Drewes Properties.

Anja helped us get the house ready to put on the market, she arranged a great professional photographer to come in and take outstanding photos. This was a very difficult job and not made easter by the fact that these lots were were lake lots only and located on Lake Livingstone. Anja staid steady on-top of things and on the job. Continuous and professional updates on other listings in the area were a great help to see the market trends and helped us to adjust our expectations.
